Everything you need to know about renting with Van Life Rentals
Who knew a road trip could be so cozy? With our modern luxury camper vans you can travel in style and comfort. The Mercedes Metris is 16.8 ft. and is 6 ft 4.25 in tall with the top closed. It is the perfect size to park at historical sites, a city lot or a crowded viewpoint spot. The van sleeps four and seats five passengers. It features custom Corian cabinets and countertops for easy cleaning and durability. Perfectly designed for a luxurious experience.
Rates
- $240/day (5 day minimum)
- Additional days $200 (15 additional days maximum)
- Security deposit: $1000 (refundable)*
- Rental deposit: $250 to secure your rental dates (refundable)
- Cleaning fee: $240 (non-refundable)

- 150 miles included per day
- Additional mileage costs:
- 0-1000 miles $0.34/mile
- 1001+ miles $0.50/mile

Policies
- Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit
- Insurance – We do offer supplemental insurance through MBAMOTORHOME.COM
Supplemental insurance coverage will be required if the customers insurance policy doesn’t cover the total value of the converted van.
- Cancellation – $250 deposit is refundable as long as you cancel more than 30 days before your rental date
- You must be 25 years old to rent
Pick Up and Routes
- Pick up and drop off is at 90502 Highway 99N Unit C Eugene, OR 97402
- Pick up 12pm – 5pm
- Drop off 8am – 10am on morning after last day of rental
- We currently only offer round-trip rentals
Other Tidbits
- Dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- No smoking in the van
- You cannot attach a trailer to the van
COVID-19 Response
• Vans are thoroughly cleaned after each rental
• Air disinfection with a CDC-Recommended method 99.9% proven disinfect viruses and other microorganisms
• Pots and pans are washed and sanitized
• Customers are asked to bring their own bedding
• All surfaces with common contact are sanitized
*The Security deposit is due the day the rental is picked up. A credit card or cash is required (no checks).
The security deposit will be refunded in full once the rental has been cleaned, inspected, no damage present and no over mileage fees are owed.
Any fees owed will be deducted from the security deposit.
Refunds will be initiated five business days after the return of the rental.
